For a few years, I was a competitive triathlete, but because of a shoulder injury, I have returned to long-distance running instead. I am the president and co-founder of the triathlon and track-and-field club AS Nälsta.
As of 2009, I am a regular columnist for Runner’s World and have my own page at the back of the magazine, Finish Line. I also blog on the magazine's website. Click here to get to the blog! In 2012, a collection of my columns and blog posts was published under the title Tills det svartnar (“Till Everything Goes Black”). Click on the book to the right to get to Runner's World's Webshop.
In the last few years, I have been hired by Springtime Travel to give talks about exercise as well as film on their trips to Monte Gordo, Portugal. I have also assisted during the runs.
